Sunwave Inc, seeks to open a restaurant in the site of the former Hot Breads on Worcester Road. Sunwave is the parent/corporation which owns and operates Street Kitchen, an Indian eatery, with a single location currently in Marlborough on Main Street. Sunwave is operated by Tarang Jain and Bhaskar Velamakanni.
A Common Victualler (CV) license is being sought, so while it appears this business will be an offshoot of the current business, but with limited seating, and in more of a take out style establishment.
We’re in for a treat if these these garlic noodles are on the menu, as they look trucking delicious!
The CV application shows that the business will likely operate 6 days a week, Tuesday to Sunday, from 11:30am-9pm at 495 Worcester Road, in Framingham. Seating as noted before will be very limited, with a maximum seating occupancy of 10 patrons.
Food will not be prepared on site at the Framingham location, and instead cooked food will be transported to Framingham from Marlborough. The food will be kept under the required temperatures and heated and sold. The business will operate with the only equipment being a sandwich prep line, refrigerators, microwaves, and a pizza oven.
